How do I book a tour?

Select your preferred date and time from the booking calendar, choose the number of Adults and Children (Ages 3–12) attending, then click Book Now to confirm your booking.

 

Why can’t I select more people?

Each tour has a maximum capacity. If you can’t increase the number of attendees, the tour is fully booked or has reached its group limit.

 

Can I mix adults and children in one booking?

Yes. You can select different quantities for Adults and Children as long as the total does not exceed the tour’s capacity. Some tours may be adults only or have age restrictions which will be shown during booking.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before the tour start time. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

 

Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes. Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours before the tour and is subject to availability.

 

Are prices per person and do they include tax?

Yes. All prices are per person, shown in Euros (€), and taxes are included.

 

Will I receive a booking confirmation?

Yes. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tour details.

 

What happens if I’m late?

Tours depart on time. Late arrivals may miss the tour and are not eligible for a refund.
