1. Overview
Welcome to M&M Lux Sightseeing Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
We provide guided sightseeing experiences that can be booked directly through our website using our online booking system.
By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
- By booking on behalf of others (including children), you confirm that you have authority to do so.
- Some sightseeing experiences may have age restrictions. These are clearly stated on each experience page and must be adhered to.
3. Bookings & Payments
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your sightseeing experience.
- Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.
- Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- All bookings are subject to availability and capacity limits.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled sightseeing experience are eligible for a full refund.
- Rescheduling requests must also be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
- Cancellations, changes, or no-shows within 48 hours of the scheduled experience are non-refundable.
5. Changes & Availability
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel a sightseeing experience due to weather conditions, safety concerns, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.
- If we cancel an experience, guests will be offered a refund or reschedule.
6. Participation & Responsibility
- Participation in sightseeing experiences is at your own risk.
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings at all times.
- You must follow all instructions provided by guides or staff during the experience.
- We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behaviour may pose a risk to themselves, others, or the operation.
7. Liability Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, M&M Lux Sightseeing Ltd shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience that may occur during a sightseeing experience.
By completing a booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to release M&M Lux Sightseeing Ltd from liability except where required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and design, is the property of M&M Lux Sightseeing Ltd and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.
9. Third-Party Services
Our website may contain links or integrations with third-party services, including booking and payment providers. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of third-party platforms.
10. Feedback & Reviews
By submitting feedback or reviews, you grant M&M Lux Sightseeing Ltd permission to use them for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

You agree not to misuse our website, provide false booking information, attempt to bypass booking limits, or engage in unlawful or disruptive behaviour.
