Refund & Rescheduling Policy – M&M Lux Sightseeing Ltd
Overview
At M&M Lux Sightseeing Ltd, we understand that plans can change. The following policy outlines our refund and rescheduling terms for all sightseeing experiences booked through our website.
This policy applies to services only. We do not sell physical products.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Full refunds are available if a booking is cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled sightseeing experience.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
All refund requests must be submitted via email to info@mmluxsightseeing.com and must include your booking reference.
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours before the scheduled sightseeing experience, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the experience cannot be guaranteed and may be declined.
- Each booking may be rescheduled once unless otherwise agreed.
Experience Changes or Cancellations by Us
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or modify a sightseeing experience due to:
- Weather conditions
- Safety concerns
- Operational or unforeseen circumstances
If this occurs, guests will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule to an alternative date
EU Consumer Rights
In accordance with EU regulations, services related to leisure activities scheduled for a specific date or period are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period.
Our 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy therefore applies to all sightseeing experiences.
How Refunds Are Processed
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- Processing times may vary based on your bank or card issuer
