Refund and Cancellation Policy
Pre-Booked Trips
All trips must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Customer Cancellations
Customers may cancel their booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled trip start time.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the trip may receive a partial refund or loss of deposit.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip, or failure to attend the trip (no-show), are non-refundable.
Late Arrivals
Guests must arrive at the agreed meeting point on time.
If guests arrive late and the trip cannot proceed, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
Weather and Safety Cancellations
If we cancel a trip due to unsafe weather conditions, technical issues or other operational reasons, customers will be offered:

A rescheduled trip (subject to availability), or

A full refund of payments made.
Changes by Customer
Requests to change date or time are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
